Yes, we do have a program that will allow you to pay approximately the same amount each month. This plan is a rolling 12-month average that levels out the higher bills that occur during months of high electricity and water use. Residential customers who have been at the same address for the previous 12 months and have a $0 balance can enroll by completing the form here.

You can always use City-Coded trash bags for the occasional extra trash load but if you find your trash cart is overflowing each week it might be less expensive to request an additional trash cart(s) for $7.00 each month per cart, if available.
