What must I do to get my cleaning / damage deposit back?
First, you will need to adequately supervise your event, ensuring that no damage to the room or the rest of the building occurs due to your guests. You will be provided with a checklist for cleaning. At the end of your event, you will need to go through this checklist with the attendant on duty. If everything is cleaned, the attendant will sign your checklist, approving the refund of your deposit. Your deposit will then be credited to the same credit card by which it was paid on the next business day after your event.
