Pay by Phone Use your credit card to pay by phone.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express are accepted. 1-855-743-7173 A 3% Service Fee AND a $2.50 Municipal Online Payments Fee will be applied when paying by phone. See notice at the bottom of this page.
