Questions about Your Utility Account
Our Utility Customer Service department provides billing services for electric, water, wastewater, solid waste collection and drainage. If you have questions about your bill, need to start/stop/move service, assistance logging on to eCityExpress or to pay your utility bill please call Utility Customer Service at (405) 359-4541.
If you see downed wires please call 911 immediately.
Please do not dial 911 for outage information or to report power outages. To Report an Outage call (405) 216-7660.
After Hours Outage
If you are experiencing an outage after 5:00 p.m., you can report it in one of two ways:
Call (405) 216-7660. Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will accept the outage. You will need your phone number associated with your Utility bill account or your utility account number.
Report it online by clicking here. Click on the tab "Report an Outage" on the top right. You will need one of the following - phone number, utility account number or meter number.
If you have not checked your fuses and breakers yet, please do. Outages are often caused by a blown fuse or tripped breaker.
