Fall Foliage Photo Contest

Get your cameras ready! Now that it’s officially fall, we are anxiously awaiting the change of the season as exhibited by the pigments left behind in leaves as trees prepare for dormancy. Fall foliage is fleeting but remarkable to behold, and it’s certainly worth taking a moment for observation and reflection. The Fall Foliage Photo Contest is a good reason for just that, and for sharing your observation with your fellow Edmond residents!

As you go about your life this autumn, keep an eye out for fall foliage that grabs your attention. Take a picture, and enter it into the contest through the online entry form. After the entry deadline (to be announced), all submissions will be uploaded into an album on Urban Forestry’s Facebook page. Vote for your favorite entries by giving them a “Like”, and the photo with the most likes will win its contributor a tree!
